Sustainability efforts at our resorts include waste recycling and reuse programs for glass, paper, cardboard, aluminum, toner and batteries. We have reduced our detergent use by replacing laundry equipment, our greenhouse gardens are free of pesticides and recycle kitchen oil to prevent pollution and conserve energy. In addition, we manage regular beach cleaning campaigns, work to protect local flora and fauna and annually observe Earth Day and Earth hour to raise awareness among our guests of the importance of protecting our fragile environment.

We invite you to help us in our efforts to recycle and other green initiatives as we strive to make your stay at Zoëtry Wellness Resorts & Spas a truly memorable and environmentally responsible experience!

Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita Celebrates Earth Hour

At Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita, environmental responsibility is always at the forefront of our minds. We are lucky to be surrounded by incredible natural beauty and believe in protecting it by recycling, saving energy, minimizing air pollution and protecting marine life. As an environmentally conscious resort, we were proud to participate in Earth Hour, an annual worldwide event that encourages individuals, communities, households and businesses to turn off all non-essential lights for one hour on the last Saturday of March to demonstrate commitment to the planet. Our guests were just as happy as we were to be a part of this global movement for sustainability, which now engages more than 7,000 cities and towns every year from 8:30 to 9:30 pm. Check out our photos from Earth Hour below!
