In honor of the holiday season, we recently hosted a special cooking class at Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita teaching our guests how to make a delicious log cake. If you ask us, the secret to a good log cake is all in the filling! We had a variety of fillings for our guests to choose from to create their cake, including chocolate, cream cheese and fresh berries. Even the guests who didn’t quite have the “rolling” technique down said the cake tasted just as delicious!
