In this time of new beginnings, I would like to introduce the newest member of the Will’s System, Sheldon Ginsberg.

Sheldon has been working in the health and wellness field for over 18 years.  His story begins in 1992 working with spinal cord injuries and stroke patients. This led him to pursue a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Buffalo.  Graduating in 1997, he also attained advanced certification with the National Strength & Conditioning Association.

He quickly became a health leader as a personal trainer and manager for Manhattan’s 63rd Street Equinox location.  It was here he recognized the need to develop meditation and relaxation techniques to address accumulations of tension he found in his clients.
In 2000, after finishing a two year program teaching him about the vibratory nature of our thoughts and feelings, he added Healing Energy Therapist to his resume. He then began teaching his client’s how to re-program their nervous systems to release tension, manage stress, lose weight and sleep better.

In 2004, he brought these philosophies to the Point of Aventura, a residential community in Florida.  In 2005, he became the Point’s Director of Fitness.

In 2008, he became the Guest Service Manager and helped to open Canyon Ranch Miami Beach.  His role was to develop and implement a training program for the Program Advising Department, a key part of the Canyon Ranch experience.  Upon completing this task, Sheldon was offered the Healing Energy Practitioner position in the Health and Healing Department.

Sheldon brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to the realm of health and wellness.  His desire to help others learn about their own ability to heal, grow, develop and evolve is contagious.  Please welcome him to our family.
