Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita was named one of the top 30 resorts in Cancun and the Yucatan, coming in thirteenth overall with a total score of 88.2.  Scoring is based on six different categories in which readers (travelers) rank the resort.  Readers scored the resort based on rooms, service, food, location, design and activities.

Vida Azul Annual Clean Up at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana

The staff at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana recently participated in the Vida Azul Annual Clean Up.  The annual effort aims to clean up beaches in the Dominican Republic by removing waste, garbage and debris that washes up along the coast.  According to a report in Dominican Today, plastic bags, bottles and Styrofoam are the main items found that can wash up along the coast.  In an effort to remain environmentally friendly, staff at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana were just a few of the 22,000 volunteers to help clean the beaches in the Dominican Republic.  This year the effort was carried across an overwhelming 157 sites, surpassing last years record of 132.
