In order to give their guests full appreciation of the wealth of local, fresh seafood, Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita is now offering sushi-making classes for all guests. In these classes guests are taught the ancient Japanese art of rolling rice with the freshest seafood and fresh produce – many items grown right in Zoëtry’s own sustainable garden!
